Polo was a project conceived by Itaú Social, a social entity of Banco Itaú, in 2018 and launched in 2019. The main objective of the platform was to offer courses to educate educators in public schools throughout Brazil.

All projects were designed with accessibility in mind so they could be uploaded and downloaded even in places with low internet access.
The interfaces used Material and Bootstrap for the rapid scale of digital products.
All products featured images selected from civil society institutions to portray a Brazilian reality while transmitting the teachings.
Since the launch of Polo, 73,617 people have registered for 82 available courses. In 2020 alone, there were 60,570 participants in 2,519 cities. The profile of course participants shows that 43% are professionals linked to civil society organizations, 41% are education professionals and 16% are involved in both occupations. Women are the vast majority, reaching 91% of the public. 52% declared themselves white and 43% declared themselves black.
