The first study was to understand how the files were divided into the categories of Cartographic Collection, Audiobooks, Photography, Newspapers, Books and e-Books, Magazines.
One of the major problems identified during the project was that the library did not provide direct results and it was very difficult to find the documents. To solve this problem, a search bar similar to the one used on Google was proposed to facilitate such direct searches for files within the collection.
At the end of the project, the Library had more than 3,000 books available completely free of charge.
